والإستفادة من جميع الأحكام الحمائية الشخصية المتاحة التي نص عليها قانون حماية كاشفي الفساد الرقم ٢٠١٨/٨٣ وتعديلاته (المادة ٩)، لأنني تعرضت الى ضغوط أو اعمال ثأرية حصلت او اخشى حصولها، وفق ما نصت عليه المادة المذكورة الموصوفة في الصفحة الملحقة بهذا الطلب.

وتفضلوا بقبول الإحترام،

وصف الضرر الشخصي الذي تعرضت له او الذي اخشى حصوله بنتيجة معرفتي بالفساد وكشفي له*:

١. المادة ٩ من القانون:

للهيئة عفو ًا أو بنا ًء على طلب كل ذي مصلحة أن تطلب من النيابة العامة المخت ّصة أو القوى الأمنية المخت ّصة اتخاذ الإجراءات الأمن ّية المناسبة لحماية الكاشف وأحد أفراد عائلته والعاملين لديه أو الخبراء والشهود إذا تب ّين لها أنهم بحاجة إلى حماية شخص ّية من ضغوط أو أعمال ثأر ّية حصلت أو يخشى حصولها. على النيابة العامة والقوى الأمنية الاستجابة للطلب فور استلامه بالوسائل المتاحة.
